Tea gives superpowers
The word “fun” is very interesting to me,
People like to say “Enjoy your 20s have fun”,
Although I completely agree with them,
Most of my friends from high school have a different definition of “fun”
Their definition was:
Go to clubs
Chase girls
Get drunk
Play video games
My definition:
Wake up early, enjoy the sun drink tea
Hit the gym eat healthy
Attract not chase women into my life
Build businesses and meaningful relationships
We started to separate from each other.
So I was labeled an outcast…
“JP, you’ve changed. You don’t go out with us anymore, all you do is read your books and drink tea.”
It never bothered me, because I understood something that they couldn’t grasp.
Your mind, body, and soul are interlinked,
And whatever you feed them, is exactly what they will give back to you.
So in reality, people have labeled activities that are detrimental to you as “fun”
And activities that build self-fulfillment and enjoyment as “boring”
I speak for myself, the amount of enjoyment I get from waking up going to my pool area, and drinking tea while being in the sun,
Is never EVER going to be replaced by a club.
But it also goes beyond that,
These activities compound,
Do you understand the level of enjoyment I had when I was speaking 1-1 with a multi-billionaire in Dubai at the age of 20?
Or traveling across Eastern Europe, in an Aston Martin.
Having actual “FUN” while networking with multi-millionaires.
And hanging out with well-mannered yet beautiful Eastern European women.
I paved my own path and designed my future.
By creating a fulfilling present.
That eventually propelled me to levels I could never have imagined possible.
All because of my little 17-year-old brain, deciding I enjoyed tea more than clubs.
I didn’t write this email to speak about my achievements,
I just want to visually present to you,
How your daily habits in the present, impact your future.
If you wake 2 hours before work and take care of yourself, go in the sun drink tea/coffee, and take a moment to think (take care of your soul)
If you go to the gym after that, for 45min to 1h 30m (take care of your body)
And after work, you expand your skills, read, learn from courses, study (take care of your mind)
You will remove friction in life,
By removing friction, you will eventually get ahead of the competition and succeed.
And you will put yourself in a position to dictate your own reality,
Essentially you will have the power over yourself, over your mind, body, and spirit.
JP,
