The Power Of Routines

I hope this email finds you well.

I want to share something personal that has made a significant difference in my life and career—early wake-ups.

Right now, as I write this, it’s 6 a.m., and I want to tell you how waking up early has been a game-changer for me.

When I was young, I always believed that getting up early, hitting the gym, and getting straight to work was the key to success.

And I can honestly say that every time I’ve stuck to this routine, I’ve achieved more, made more money, and felt more on top of my game.

It’s not just about biology, though that's a part of it, but it’s also about mindset.

Early mornings set the tone for the day. They tell me that the late hours are often wasted.

Let’s be real: if you’re up until 1 or 2 a.m., how productive are you really being?

Most of those hours are spent scrolling through Instagram or doing other unproductive things. In contrast, morning hours are usually more focused and efficient.

There are people out there who have the ability to start waking up early and going to bed early right now, but they don’t. Why? Because they don’t want it badly enough.

They let their environment and external pressures dictate their actions. If you have the freedom to set your own schedule, why not take advantage of it?

I used to have the freedom to choose my hours but didn’t realize the impact it could have on my life.

Now, I wake up at 4 a.m. and go to bed at 8 p.m.

A few days ago was the Fourth of July, and while others were celebrating late into the night, I was asleep by 8 p.m. and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day while everyone else was still asleep.

Many people associate success with waking up early, yet they don’t follow through.

They allow their environment to influence their decisions. This is why it’s crucial to create your own environment.

Live on your own if you can, pay your own rent, and take control of your space.

When you have freedom, your life can accelerate quickly by implementing the right habits.

The difference between a multi-millionaire and someone struggling financially often comes down to habits.

Multi-millionaires have habits that keep them successful, like waking up early.

Almost every successful person I know wakes up early. It’s a habit that can set you apart.

Another critical habit is avoiding time-wasting activities like mindlessly scrolling through social media.

Multi-millionaires are too busy to waste time on social media; they focus on productive activities instead.

So, if you have the freedom to change your schedule, why not do it?

Implementing habits like waking up early and staying focused can completely transform your reality.

Remember, success starts with the right habits. If you want to achieve more, start by waking up early and focusing on what truly matters.
