Hustling does not matter unless you do it consistently

Your 16-hour days of work won’t compound into anything unless you do those days over the course of multiple years

I was speaking to a young man yesterday and he mentioned how he’s not seeing any returns from any of his efforts in business

He told me how hard he was working.
