Become Your Best Self

I want to take a moment to share something personal with you—a story from my early days, one that taught me a lesson that still drives me today.

Back when I was living in Poland, I was hitting the gym hard.

It was a premium gym, filled with successful guys who seemed to have it all—money, muscles, and, of course, the attention of the women there.

I was progressing, seeing gains, making more money, and feeling good about my achievements. But something wasn’t adding up in my mind.

There was this one girl, a lifeguard at the gym, who caught my eye.

She was fit, beautiful, and confident.

Yet, no matter how much I improved, she never paid me any attention. I kept asking myself, "Why isn't she noticing me?"

I was growing, but the reality was that I still wasn’t on the same level as the men she was talking to. They had more social proof, more life experience, and quite frankly, more to offer.

That experience taught me a hard truth: no matter how much I thought I had progressed, I was still comparing myself to my past, not to the level I needed to reach.

These guys were ahead because they had put in the work, and it showed. They were further along in life, and they had earned their place.

It’s easy to get caught up in the spotlight effect, thinking everyone’s watching us, judging us, when in reality, they’re not.

I realized I was wasting my time worrying about why this one girl didn’t notice me instead of focusing on what I was really at the gym to do—work on myself.

Here’s what I want you to take away from this: stop thinking so much about what others think, and start doing what you need to do.

Whether it's hitting the gym, building your business, or mastering your craft, focus on yourself. The more you work on your self-development, the more the right opportunities—and people—will come your way.

A friend once told me, “You’re either the magnet or the repellent.”

When you’re the repellent, you’re chasing after what you want, often with little success. But when you’re the magnet, when you focus on bettering yourself, what you want naturally comes to you.

So, if you want to attract high-quality people and opportunities into your life, you need to become high-quality yourself.

It’s not about comparing yourself to who you were yesterday, but about striving to outpace the competition today.

Keep working on yourself—get stronger, get smarter, get more disciplined.

The world’s not going to hand you anything; you’ve got to earn it.

I’ll leave you with something my uncle once taught me.

He asked me to write down all the qualities I wanted in my dream girl.

After I finished, he told me to erase "my dream girl" and write my own name at the top. The lesson was simple: if you want to attract high-quality, you need to be high-quality.

So let’s keep pushing, keep grinding, and keep getting better. The journey is tough, but the rewards are worth every ounce of effort.

Stay focused and keep moving forward.
